Energy that stays level
No caffeine, so there is no spike and no crash.
Tested on real people
Ginseng has been tested in published studies. See what they found below.
Sound familiar?
If your days look like this, you are not alone.
Words go missing
"I lose words in the middle of a sentence, and I'm only 44."
Coffee stopped working
"I need it to get going. Then I feel shaky. And I still crash at 2."
The fog rolls in
"I walk into a room and forget why I'm there."
Pills that did nothing
"I've spent so much on supplements that did nothing."
You are not lazy. And you are not losing it. You are worn out. When you are worn out, clear thinking is the first thing to go. Groundline is made for exactly that.
Meet Groundline
Groundline is a daily capsule made from two plants: ginseng and ginkgo. It is made to help you think clearly and keep your energy level, from morning to night.*
No caffeine at all
Nothing to make you shaky. Nothing to crash from later.
Just two plants
Ginseng and ginkgo. Not a long list of things you have never heard of.
It builds slowly, on purpose
Give it 3 to 4 weeks. Steady takes a little time.*
You can see what you take. Every amount is printed on the bottle. Nothing is hidden.
What you get
Groundline does not hit you like coffee. It builds up over a few weeks. This is what it is made to help with.*
Less fog. It is easier to think things through.
Names and words are there when you reach for them.
No spike and no crash. The same level from morning to night.
No caffeine. No racing heart. No shaky hands.
The 2pm slump is the first thing most people hope to lose.
Something still in the tank for dinner, homework and the people you love.
The science
Groundline is built around ginseng, one of the most studied plants in the world. Below are four published studies. We had no part in them and did not pay for them. You can read each one yourself.
Review of 15 trials
Scientists added up 15 trials with 671 people. The people who took ginseng did better on memory tests. Higher doses worked best.
Good to know: The same review did not find a clear change in attention tests. The authors want more high quality studies.
Clinical trial
90 adults who had felt worn out for months took ginseng or a look-alike pill with nothing in it. After 4 weeks, the ginseng group felt less tired in their mind than the look-alike group.
Good to know: The clearest change was in mental tiredness. The total tiredness score was not clearly better than the look-alike pill.
Clinical trial
72 women past menopause took red ginseng or a look-alike pill every day. After 12 weeks, the ginseng group scored better on two standard menopause symptom checklists.
Good to know: Estrogen levels did not change in this study.
Review of 15 trials
Scientists reviewed 15 trials of ginseng in women in menopause. When they added up the results from 515 women, ginseng was linked to fewer hot flashes, fewer menopause symptoms and a better quality of life.
Good to know: Ginseng did not change hormone levels. The authors say many of the trials had weak spots and more careful studies are needed.
These studies tested ginseng, not Groundline itself. The type and amount of ginseng was different in each study. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Why you can trust it
Not every study is equal. The strongest kind puts people into groups by chance, then compares the groups. All four studies above are built on that kind of test. Here is how one of them worked.
All of them were 45 to 60 years old and past menopause.
Each woman was put into one of two groups at random, like a coin flip. That keeps the two groups fair.
Nobody knew who got which. Not the women, and not the doctors. So hoping for a result could not change it.
Red ginsengLook-alike pill
The ginseng group had fewer menopause symptoms than the look-alike group.

Fair questions
You have been let down by pills before. So ask the hard questions first.
That happens a lot. Many ginkgo pills have very little in them. Groundline uses the whole leaf plus a stronger leaf extract, and the amount is printed on the bottle.
720 mg of ginkgo in each serving
No. There is no caffeine in it. So there is no caffeine buzz, no racing heart and no crash later in the day.
0 mg of caffeine
A few weeks. This is not coffee, so you will not feel it in an hour. Most people start to notice it in 2 to 3 weeks, and more by week 4. In the two trials above, people took ginseng for 4 and 12 weeks.
Give it the full 30 days
Ask your doctor first. This matters most if you take blood thinners, have surgery coming up, or are pregnant or nursing. Ginkgo can change how your blood clots.
Check with your doctor
No. It is two plants in a vegan capsule. Every ingredient and every amount is on the label, so you always know what you are taking.
